About Project
Construction of a 3.6m diameter part brickwork part PCC chamber 7m deep over an existing 1200mm diameter welded steel pipe.
The chamber was constructed to house an Ultrasonic flow measurement instrument which was installed by WH Good Ltd as part of the phase 2 works.
The excavation was in hard rock that had to be hydraulically broken out. A mechanical shoring system was designed and installed accordingly.
