Friargate is a busy city centre street fronted by shops, pubs and restaurants and has a very busy two way vehicular traffic route including buses and HGV. 

The works comprised the reconstruction of footways in high quality and granite paving together with the erection and installation of street furniture, feature lighting and bollards including hard and soft landscaping.
